固化盾构渣土耐久性试验研究及寿命预测

为了研究岩溶地区固化盾构渣土(SSM)耐久性能及寿命预测,以盾构渣土为主要原材料,利用水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉等胶凝材料进行固化处理,开展了 20组完全浸泡正交试验并进行无侧限抗压强度试验及微观试验.结果表明:SSM无侧限抗压强度的变化特性主要与浸泡龄期有关,主要变化特征是前期强度缓慢增加,后期下降较快;SSM的耐久性能受配合比的影响,当水泥、粉煤灰及矿粉的掺量分别为0.357、0.071、0.021 kg时,SSM表现出来的耐久性能最好;C-S-H凝胶和C-A-S-H凝胶改善了盾构渣土的内部结构,是SSM体系抵抗侵蚀作用的耐久性强度来源;由寿命预测可知:水胶比为0.29、0.31、0.25的固化盾构渣土试件浸泡90 d后的最小寿命预测值分别是6.69、6.79、6.27 a,浸泡360 d后的最大预测值分别是48.5、54.38、50.34 a.
Durability experiment study and life prediction of the solidified shield muck
In order to study the durability and life prediction of the SSM(solidified shield muck)in karst area,the shield muck is the main raw material,and using cementitious material such as cement,coal ash,and mineral powder to solidify them.The 20 groups of complete immersion orthogonal test,unconfined compressive strength test and microscopic test are carried out.The test results show that the changing characteristics of SSM's unconfined compressive strength are mainly related to the age of soaking.The main changes are the slow increase in the early stage and faster decline in the later period;When the content of cement,coal ash and mineral powder is 0.357,0.071 and 0.021 kg,SSM shows the best durability;C-S-H gel and C-A-S-H gel improve the internal structure of shield muck,which are the source of durability strength for SSM against erosion;From life prediction:the minimum life value of shield muck with water-binder ratio of 0.29,0.31 and 0.25 is respectively 6.69,6.79,and 6.27 years after 90 days of immersion,the maximum value respectively is 48.5,54.38 and 50.34 years after 360 days of immersion.
