摘要

以北疆明珠塔旋转餐厅提升为例,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS构建北疆明珠塔有限元模型,利用"生死单元"技术模拟不同位置构件失效,分析不同形式的局部构件失效对提升过程中旋转餐厅受力性能的影响规律,并通过现场实测数据验证了有限元模型的可靠性.结果表明:吊点处附近构件单独失效对结构应力和位移影响较大.且构件被完全提起前,构件失效越晚,构件失效前应力越大,结构动力响应越明显;此外,不同种构件同时失效对结构的影响大于单根构件失效影响的叠加,不相连同种构件同时失效对结构的影响大于相连同种构件同时失效,且影响程度随着失效构件之间距离的增加而减小.

Abstract

Taking the Beijiang Pearl Tower revolving restaurant was lifted as an example,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to construct the finite element model of the Beijiang Pearl Tower,and the"life and death element"technology was applicd to simulate component failures at different locations,the influence of different forms partial component failure on the force performance of the revolving restaurant during lifting was analyzed,and the reliability of the finite element model was verified by field measurement data.The results show that when the components near the lifting points fail individually,they have a greater impact on the structural stress and displacement,and before the structure is fully lifted,the later the component fails,the greater the stress before the component failure,the more obvious the structural dynamic response.In addition,the effect of simultaneous failure of different components on the structure is greater than the superposition of peer component,the effect of simultaneous failure of unconnected components is greater than the connected component,and the effect decreases with increasing the distance between the failed components.
