考虑订单接受的云制造调度研究

为了使云制造模式更面向商业实际和保证云制造任务实际执行率,考虑实际生产和交易订单接受要求,在云制造资源调度问题中引入订单接受与调度问题的解决思路,提出考虑订单接受的云制造联合调度问题.从服务提供者订单接受逻辑角度出发,考虑生产连续性的影响,以最大化用户满意度和平台资源利用率为目标构建了云制造调度模型,引入Circle混沌映射和模拟退火机制设计了一种改进的蜣螂优化算法实现对模型的优化求解.使用铸造云的实例进行测试,验证所提方法有效,优于不考虑订单接受的调度目标,改进算法更高效,获得了更优适应度.
Research on cloud manufacturing scheduling considering order acceptance
To make the cloud manufacturing model more oriented towards commercial operations and ensure the actual execution rate of cloud manufacturing tasks,considering the requirements of actual production and trade order acceptance,a solution approach of order acceptance and scheduling problem was introduced in the cloud manufacturing resource scheduling problem,and a cloud manufacturing joint scheduling problem considering order acceptance was proposed.From the perspective of service provider order acceptance logic,considering the impact of production continuity,a cloud manufacturing scheduling model was constructed with the goal of maximizing user satisfaction and platform resource utilization.An improved dung beetle optimizer algorithm was designed by introducing Circle chaotic mapping and simulate anneal arithmetic to achieve optimal solution of the model.Using the example data of Zhuzao Cloud for testing,it was verified that the proposed method is effective and superior to the scheduling objective without considering order acceptance.The improved algorithm is more efficient and achieves better fitness.
