运河工程土石方堆存场稳定性综合评估方法

运河工程一般具有土石方开挖量巨大、堆存场等级高、堆存土石方力学性能差等特点,且堆存场易受气象、水文和地震等因素影响,安全风险高,因此开展合理的堆存场稳定性评估至关重要.本文基于现有评估方法相对单一、规范性不足等问题,提出了一种运河工程土石方堆存场稳定性综合评估方法,以加强和规范堆存场建设安全管理,有效避免次生灾害.以平陆运河马道枢纽LSGT-34#(邱屋二期)堆存场为例,验证了该综合评估方法合理、有效,为保障类似堆存场安全及后期管理提供科学依据.
Canal engineering usually has the characteristics of huge excavation amount of earthwork,high grade of storage yard,poor mechanical properties of earthwork,and the storage yard is susceptible to meteorological,hydrological and seismic factors,and it has high security risk.Therefore,it is very significant to carry out reasonable stability assessment of storage yard.Based on the relatively single and insufficient standardization of existing evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation method for the stability of canal engineering earthwork storage yards is proposed to strengthen and standardize the safety management of storage yard construction,effectively avoiding secondary disasters.Taking LSGT-34#storage yard of Madao Lockage of Pinglu Canal as an example,the comprehensive evaluation method is proved to be reasonable and effective,and provides scientific basis for ensuring the safety and later management of similar storage yards.
