砖渣含量对工程渣土再生骨料混凝土力学与保水性能的影响

Effect of brick slag content on mechanics and water retention property of reclaimed aggregate concrete from engineering residue

针对再生骨料混凝土持水能力差,导致植物难以生长的问题,本文采用某公司生产的再生骨料,设计包含水胶比在内的配合比方案,利用砖渣吸水率强的优点制备再生骨料混凝土,分析砖渣含量对混凝土抗压强度、酸碱性、孔隙率与保水性的影响.结果表明:①当砖渣含量由10%增至20%时,养护时间为7、28 d的再生骨料混凝土抗压强度分别下降9%~55.7%和15%~58.7%.②混凝土的破坏模式有完全破坏、局部破坏、裂缝破坏3种.③当孔隙率下降3%时,混凝土的强度增幅达到20.7%~147.4%.④掺入含量为10%~20%的砖渣能使再生骨料混凝土的含水率增加18.9%~41.9%,较好地改善混凝土的保水性能.⑤混凝土的pH为10~11,pH随着砖渣含量由10%增至20%而略有升高.
In view of the poor water-holding capacity of recycled aggregate concrete,which makes it difficult for plants to grow,the study applied recycled aggregate and brick slag produced by a company to design various mix schemes,including the water-binder ratio,to prepare recycled concrete that utilized the high water retention properties of brick slag.The effects of brick slag content on the compressive strength,pH,porosity,and water retention of concrete were demonstrated in this study.The results indicate that:① the compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d drops by 9%~55.7%and 15%~58.7%when the content of brick slag is increased from 10%to 20%.② Three failure modes of concrete appeared in the experiment are complete failure,local failure,and crack failure.③ When the porosity drops by 3%,the strength increment of the concrete reaches 20.7%to 147.4%.④ The incorporation of brick slag with a content ranging from 10%to 20%can increase the moisture content of recycled aggregate concrete by 18.9%to 41.9%,and can preferably improve the water retention performance of the concrete.⑤ The pH of the concrete ranges from 10 to 11,and the pH slightly rises as the content of brick slag increases from 10%to 20%.
