摘要

为探明退役军人大学生心理因素对复学适应的影响机制,研究采用顺序探究型设计策略开展混合研究.根据访谈调查的编码结果,可明确退役军人大学生的学业自我效能感、学校归属感和身份认同是影响其复学适应的主要心理因素.而后,基于全国 71 所高校 736 位退役军人大学生的问卷数据进行验证,结果显示:(1)退役军人大学生的学业自我效能感、学校归属感和身份认同均可正向影响复学适应;(2)退役军人大学生的学校归属感可正向影响学业自我效能感和身份认同;(3)退役军人大学生的身份认同可正向影响学业自我效能感;(4)退役军人大学生的身份认同和学业自我效能感在复学适应进程中发挥了重要的中介作用.

Abstract

To clarify the impact mechanism of psychological factors on the academic reintegration of veteran college students,this study adopted a sequential exploratory mixed-method design.Based on the coding results from interview surveys,it was identified that academic self-efficacy,school belongingness,and identity recognition are the main psychological factors affecting the academic reintegration of veteran college students.Subsequently,based on questionnaire data from 736 veteran college students across 71 universities nationwide,verification analysis showed that:(1)academic self-efficacy,school belongingness,and identity recognition all positively influence the academic reintegration process;(2)school belongingness among veteran college students positively affects both academic self-efficacy and identity recognition;(3)identity recognition among veteran college students positively influences academic self-efficacy;(4)identity recognition and academic self-efficacy play significant mediating roles in the academic reintegration process.
