摘要
"大思政课"建设背景下,高校实践育人在社会现实中扮演着连接理论与实践、课堂与生活,促进学生全面发展,助力培养时代新人的关键角色.当前高校实践育人面临育人队伍庞大但"分散不联动"、育人元素丰富但"割裂不融合"、育人过程完整但"脱节不连贯"这三重现实困囿.针对实践育人所遇新环境、新挑战,高校应积极将"大思政课"育人理念融入实践育人模式实践创新中,以协同育人资源融合构建一体化育人平台,以开放式师资力量组合发力形成全社会参与图景,以系统工作程序构建有机循环育人模态.立足新时代高校"大思政"体系改革创新背景,以同济大学"同行计划"项目为代表的高校实践育人要坚持守正创新,强化问题导向和系统观念,以原则性实践要求推动高校实践育人模式迭代升级,通过发挥网络育人赋能效力、增强协同育人增智效用、提高组织育人聚心效果,竭力勾画"大思政课"视域下高校实践育人"最大同心圆".
Abstract
Under the background of"Great Ideological and Political Theory Course"construction,practical education in universities plays a key role in linking theory with practice,classroom with life,promoting students'all-round development,and helping to cultivate new talents in social reality.Currently,university practical education faces three major challenges:a large but"dispersed and uncoordinated"educational team,rich but"fragmented and unintegrated"educational elements,and a complete but"disjointed and discontinuous"educational process.In response to the new environment and challenges faced by practical education,universities should actively integrate the concept of"Great Ideological and Political Theory Course"into the practical innovation of practical education models,construct an integrated education platform through collaborative resource integration,form a societal participation landscape with an open faculty combination,and build an organic cyclical education model with systematic work procedures.Based on the background of reform and innovation in the"Great Ideological and Political Theory Course"system in universities in the new era,represented by the"Peer Program"project at Tongji University,university practical education should adhere to integrity and innovation,strengthen problem-oriented and systematic concepts,promote iteration and upgrading of university practical education models with principled practical requirements,and strive to draw the"largest common circle"of university practical education under the perspective of"Great Ideological and Political Theory Course"by leveraging the empowering effect of online education,enhancing the synergistic effect of collaborative education,and improving the cohesive effect of organizational education.
