Under the guidance of the concept of new-quality productive forces,the study takes 50 nationwide"Most Beautiful College Advisors"as research subjects and employs grounded theory—including open coding,axial coding,selective coding,and theoretical saturation testing—to deeply analyze their exemplary deeds.Based on this analysis,a competency model for college advisors'new-quality ideological and political work is constructed.The model comprises five primary categories,ten subcategories,and twenty-eight initial categories.Profession-core literacy serves as the foundation of new-quality ideological and political work competency,political guidance ability is its soul,educational innovation ability is its breakthrough point,student management ability is its practical carrier,and collaborative development ability ensures its sustainability.
