基于GT-Power对汽油机不同负荷运行特性的仿真分析

为分析某款汽油机在不同转速下不同负荷运行特性对该汽油机功率、扭矩和燃油消耗率的影响,进一步提高发动机性能,利用 GT-Power软件建立了该型号汽油机的仿真模型,并对全负荷状态条件下的发动机进行相应的台架试验,将得到的试验结果与 GT-Power建立的发动机仿真模型的仿真结果进行对比,对比结果显示仿真值与试验值比较吻合,验证了所搭建汽油机模型的准确性。为进一步研究所搭建的汽油机模型在不同负荷运行特性的情形,通过调节 PID控制器中的比例-积分数值改变节气门开度来进行仿真分析。最后对不同负荷条件下运行特性的仿真结果进行分析,为进一步提升发动机性能提供参考。
Simulation analysis of gasoline engine load characteristics based on GT-Power
To analyze the influence of the load characteristics of a certain gasoline engine at different speeds on the power,torque and fuel consumption rate of this gasoline engine,and to further enhance the function of the engine,a simulation model of this gasoline engine was established using GT-Power software in this article.And the engine was tested on the bench under the conditions of full load,and the results were compared with the simulation results of the engine simulation model built by GT-Power,and the comparison results indicate that the simulation values are more in line with the test values,which confirms the accuracy of the established model of the gasoline engine.In order to further analyze the load characteristics of the constructed gasoline engine model under different rotational speeds,the load characteristics of the engine were simulated by changing the throttle opening.Finally,the simulation values under different load conditions were analyzed and compared,and the numerical simulation method provides a reference for further optimizing the engine performance.
