基于STM32与LabVIEW的自动除雾控制系统设计

汽车除雾过程中,手动操作除雾按钮易导致驾驶员分心,针对此问题设计了基于STM32 的自动除雾控制系统。首先,进行自动除雾控制系统的总体设计,包括设计自动除雾的功能、总体架构和除雾方案;然后,进行硬件选型研究,设计了以 STM32 芯片为核心的硬件电路原理图,开发了自动除雾控制系统的主程序、模数(analog-to-digital,AD)转换采集程序以及控制器局域网(controller area network,CAN)总线通信程序;最后,利用 LabVIEW 开发出数据监控界面,可实时监控系统运行状态。实验结果表明:该自动除雾控制系统性能可靠,数据精准,可长时间稳定运行。
Design of an automatic defogging control system based on STM32 and LabVIEW
The STM32-based automatic defogging control system has been designed to address the problems of inefficient manual defogging operations and driver distraction in the vehicle defogging process.Firstly,the overall design of the automatic defogging control system was carried out,including the design of the functions of the automatic defogging,the overall architecture and the defogging scheme;then,the hardware selection study was conducted,and the schematic diagram of the hardware circuit with the STM32 chip as the core was designed,and the main program of the automatic defogging control system,the analog-to-digital(AD)conversion acquisition program and the controller area network(CAN)bus communication program were developed.The data monitoring interface developed by LabVIEW can monitor the system operation status in real time.The experimental results show that the automatic defogging control system has reliable performances,provides accurate data and can operate stably for a long time.
