Research on aero-engine health assessment methods based on oil-liquid analysis
Known as the"heart"of an aircraft, the aero-engine plays a vital role in the normal operation of the aircraft. In order to assess the operating status of the aero-engine more scientifically and accurately, this paper proposes an improved evaluation model using a comprehensive empowerment method. With the premise of the oil indexes obtained by three methods, namely spectral analysis, iron spectrum analysis and physical and chemical analysis,a state evaluation system of aviation engine based on oil analysis was established. The subjective and objective weights of the indicators were assigned by the three-scaled hierarchical analysis method and CRITIC method, and the improved game-theory-based combinatorial assignment method was used to obtain the weights of the indicators,so as to obtain the relative health degree to make an evaluation of the aircraft operating status. The results show that the improved game-theoretic combinatorial assignment method is more suitable than the traditional game-theoretic combinatorial assignment method for assigning the weights of the oil and fluid indicators. Moreover, the evaluation results of this method are in line with the actual situation, which can provide a basis for the situation-based maintenance.
