摘要

采用4种不同尺寸的石墨烯(PG1、PG2、PG3、PG4)制备石墨烯水泥基材料,并研究石墨烯尺寸对水泥基材料水化性能、力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:石墨烯的掺入提高了水泥的水化速度,降低了水泥浆体的流动性,其中小尺寸的石墨烯效果最为明显;小尺寸石墨烯有助于增强抗压强度,大尺寸石墨烯有利于提高抗折强度.通过X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)等设备分析可知,掺入 4 种石墨烯均未改变水泥水化产物的种类,但能够有效细化水化产物氢氧化钙(calcium hydroxide,CH)晶体的尺寸,提高水泥基体的密实度,石墨烯尺寸越小,对CH晶体的细化效果越明显.

Abstract

Graphene cement-based materials were prepared using four different sizes of graphene(peeling graphene,PG1,PG2,PG3,and PG4),and the influence of the size of graphene on the hydration properties and mechanical properties of cement-based materials were studied.The test results show that the incorporation of graphene improves the hydration speed of cement and reduces the mobility of the cement slurry,with the most pronounced effects observed for smaller-sized graphene.In terms of mechanical properties,small-sized graphene is beneficial to improve the compressive strength,while large-sized graphene contributes more to improving the counterfolding strength.According to the analysis of XRD(X-ray diffractometer)and SEM(scanning electron microscope),etc.,the incorporation of the four graphene does not change the type of cement hydration products,but it can effectively refine the size of calcium hydroxide(CH)crystal and improve the compactness of cement matrix.The refinement effect on CH crystals becomes more evident with decreasing graphene size.
