Optimization of Lignite Dissolution Process Conditions by Coriolus versicolor
In order to improve the utilization of lignite,Yunnan Zhaotong open-pit lignite was taken as the research object, and Coriolus versicolor was used for coal dissolution experiments. The orthogonal experimental method was employed to investigate the effects of different culture media, trace element addition amounts, and coal addition times on the coal dissolution effect.UV-Vis and FTIR spectrometers were used to analyze the coal dissolution products. The results showed that the culture medium had the greatest impact on coal dissolution efficiency, while the amount of trace element added had the smallest impact. When DOX medium was used and trace elements were added in 7mL,and coal was added on 0d,the coal dissolution conditions were optimal. The main products of coal dissolution are branched aromatic compounds, and a large number of hydrogen bonds(3000~3700 cm-1),aromatic rings(1700 cm-1),methyl/methylene bonds(around 1440 cm-1,2890 cm-1),and ester/ether bonds(around 1030~1200 cm-1)were detected in the FTIR spectrum.
