为了解决纳米TiO2自身易团聚难分散的问题,本文以水为分散介质,使用硅烷偶联剂KH-570(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)对纳米二氧化钛粒子进行表面改性,采用活化指数、亲油化度、接枝率、红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析等手段,对样品进行了分析表征.研究结果表明,最优的改性方案是:硅烷偶联剂KH-570的用量为1.6%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为1.5h.在此条件下,改性纳米TiO2粒子的活化指数为94.51%,亲油化度为74.62%,接枝率为25.13%.
Study on Surface Modification of Titanium Dioxide
In order to solve the problem that nano-TiO2 itself is easy to agglomerate and difficult to disperse,in this paper,water was used as the dispersion medium,and silane coupling agent KH-570(γ-methylacryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane)was used to modify the surface of nano titanium dioxide particles,and activation index,oleophilization degree,grafting rate,infrared spectrum analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis and other means were used to analyze and characterize.The results show that the optimal modification scheme is as follows:the amount of silane coupling agent KH-570 is 1.6%,the reaction temperature is 70℃,and the reaction time is 1.5h.Under these conditions,the activation index of nano-TiO2 was 94.51%,the lipophilic degree was 74.62%,and the grafting rate was 25.13%.
