Synthesis of Spinach Fluorescent Carbon Dots and Its Application in Copper Ion Detection
In this study, spinach was used as the carbon source, and spinach fluorescent carbon dots were successfully prepared by microwave digestion methods. The experiment found that the fluorescence intensity of the probe at 440nm would decrease regularly with the increase of copper ion concentration in the solution. In the concentration range of 0.01~0.05mmol/L,the fluorescence intensity shows a good linear relationship with the copper ion concentration. At the same time, through the investigation of the response to different metal ions,it was confirmed that the fluorescent sensor has strong specific recognition ability for copper ions and can effectively eliminate the interference of Zn2+and Fe3+.The results show that after ion imprinting modification of spinach carbon dots,a fluorescent sensor with qualitative and quantitative analysis ability for specific heavy metal ions has obtain.
