摘要

本文采用挂片失重法和电化学方法,对靖边气田延A井区在用的季铵盐咪唑啉型缓蚀剂X和Y进行了室内性能评价和筛选.实验结果表明,缓蚀剂X对3种钢材的缓蚀顺序为110S>80S>P110,加量为150mg·L-1时缓蚀率最高.缓蚀剂Y对3种钢材的缓蚀顺序为P110>110S>80S,加量为120mg·L-1缓蚀率最高,且缓蚀剂Y的性能优于缓蚀剂X.同时对缓蚀剂的加注制度进行了改进,以进一步提升缓蚀效果.

Abstract

This study evaluated and screened the indoor performance of quaternary ammonium salt imidazoline type corrosion inhibitors X and Y currently used in Well Yan A of Jingbian Gas Field by hanging plate weight loss method and electrochemical method.The research results showed that the corrosion inhibition order of inhibitor X on three types of steel was 110S>80S>P1 10,and the highest corrosion inhibition rate was achieved when the inhibitor dosage was 150mg/L.The corrosion inhibition order of corrosion inhibitor Y on three types of steel is P110>110S>80S.The highest corrosion inhibition rate is achieved at a dosage of 120mg/L,and the performance of corrosion inhibitor Y is better than that of corrosion inhibitor X.Finally,in order to further enhance the corrosion inhibition effect,the filling system of the corrosion inhibitor was improved.
