摘要

近年来,双催化成为有机合成中发展最快且关注度极高的研究领域.双催化是将2种催化剂或催化模式相结合,实现1+1>2的催化效果,也为实现全新的合成转化提供了更多的可能性.本文介绍了几种经典的催化类型如协同催化、接力催化、顺序催化的原理,总结了不同的双催化体系,如双金属催化剂、金属-有机催化剂、有机-有机催化剂以及光催化与传统催化结合构建的双催化体系,在有机合成中的应用进展.

Abstract

In recent years,dual catalysis has become one of the fastest-growing and most highly regarded research fields in organic synthesis.This method combines two catalysts or catalytic modes to achieve a catalytic effect of 1+1>2,providing more possibilities for new synthetic transformations.In this review,different classical types of catalysis,such as cooperative catalysis,relay catalysis,and sequential catalysis,are introduce.Additionally,the progress of various dual catalysis systems,including bimetallic catalysts,metal-organic catalysts,organic-organic catalysts,and the combination of photocatalysis with traditional catalysis in organic synthesis,is summarize.
