光催化还原芳香族硝基化合物的在线质谱研究

光催化还原芳香族硝基化合物制备芳胺类化合物,是一类重要的有机合成反应,研究光催化剂的影响及其光催化反应机理具有重要意义.本文建立了一种纸上光催化还原与管内纸喷雾质谱相结合的光催化机理监测方法,筛选出了能够有效光催化还原4-硝基苯甲酸和8-硝基喹啉的光催化剂Bi2MoO6,并优化了反应条件.推测其光催化还原的机理为:该类化合物先还原为含亚硝基和羟胺基的中间体化合物,最终还原为相应的芳胺化合物.此在线质谱监测方法具有清洁无污染、高灵敏度、操作简单等特点,有望为其它化工生产过程中重要中间产物的研究和调控提供新思路.
On-line Mass Spectrometry Study of Photocatalytic Reduction of Aromatic Nitro Compounds
In this study,a photocatalytic mechanism monitoring method was established for the combination of photocatalytic reduction on paper and paper spray mass spectrometry in tubes.The photocatalyst Bi2MoO6,which could effectively photocatalytically reduce 4-nitrobenzoic acid and 8-nitroquinoline,was screened,and the photocatalytic reduction mechanism was speculated as follows:these compounds were first reduced to intermediate compounds containing nitroso and hydroxylamine groups,and finally reduced to the corresponding aromatic amine compounds.The optimal reaction conditions were also optimized.This online mass spectrometry monitoring method has the characteristics of being clean and pollution-free,high sensitivity,and simple operation,and is expected to provide new ideas for the research and regulation of important intermediates in other chemical production processes.
