油梨不同部位总酚含量、抗氧化及抗菌活性

【目的】研究油梨(Persea americana Mill.)不同部位(果皮、果肉、果核、叶子)50%(V/V)甲醇提取物的总酚含量、抗氧化及抗菌活性,并分析总酚含量和抗氧化活性间的相关性。【方法】采用福林酚(Folin-Ciocalt-ea)法测定总酚含量,DPPH·(1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基)自由基清除法测定抗氧化活性,SPSS 19.0双变量相关分析法分析总酚含量与抗氧化活性间的相关性,纸片法测定抗菌活性。【结果】油梨果皮的总酚含量最高,果核和叶子次之,果肉的最低。果皮、果核和叶子均具有较强的清除 DPPH·自由基的能力,果肉的则相对较弱。4个部位清除DPPH·自由基能力与其所含的总酚含量存在显著的正相关关系,相关系数r值达0.983,即抗氧化能力随总酚含量的增加而增强。油梨皮和核部位对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcusaureus )有抗菌作用,但对白色念珠菌(Candidaalbicans )没有抑菌作用。【结论】油梨具有较强的抗氧化活性和一定的抗菌活性,为更好地综合开发和利用油梨提供理论依据。
Total Phenolic Content,Antioxidant and Antimicrobi-al Activities from Different Parts of Avocado Perseaa-mericana Mill
[Objective]The aim was to investigate 50% methanol extracts of different parts (peel,pulp and seed,leaf)from avocado (Persea americana Mill.)for total phenolic con-tent,in vitro antioxidant activity,and antimicrobial activities.The correlation between an-tioxidant activity and total phenolic content was also analyzed.[Methods]The contents of to-tal phenol were measured by Folin-Ciocalteau assay.In vitro antioxidant activity was evalua-ted using the DPPH·assay.Correlation between antioxidant activity and total phenolic content was analyzed by using the Bivariate correlation analysis of SPSS 1 9 .0 version.Antimicrobial ac-tivities were performed by disk diffusion.[Re-sults]Peel had a higher phenolic content than seed and leaf,whereas the pulp’s was the low-est.Peel,seed and leaf had more intense in vitro <br> antioxidant potential than the pulp.The positive correlation between the antioxidant capacity and total phenolic content was significantly (P<0.05),which correlation coefficient was up to 0.983.In other words,the antioxidant capacity was enhanced along with the increase of to-tal phenolic content.The peel and the seed displayed moderate antimicrobial effects against Staphylococcus aureus,but had no inhibitory effects againstCandidaalbicans.[Conclusion]The avocado shows great intense in antioxidant potential and moderate antimicrobial effects, which provide a scientific basis to the research about comprehensive development and utiliza-tion of the avocado.
