To develop low toxicity,environmental-friendly and high efficient wood preservatives,inhibitory capacity of 10 single agents against 5 wood fungi was determined by using an indoor inhibition zone method. Us-ing copper chloride with significant bacteriostatic effect as a main agent,14 compounds were mixed to deter-mine antibacterial ability and filter out formula with better bacteriostasis. Results showed that the main formula was 8-hydroxyquinoline copper;glacial acetic acid was added as a cosolvent;tebuconazole and didecyl di-methyl ammonium chloride were mixed;others were water. The compound antiseptic had a good inhibitory ef-fect on wood fungi.
