复配型铜化物防腐剂的筛选

为开发低毒、环保、高效的木材防腐剂,采用室内抑菌圈法测定10种单一药剂对5种木材真菌的抑制能力,将抑菌效果明显的铜化物作为主剂,混合复配14种配方并测定抑菌能力,初步筛选出抑菌性能较好的配方.结果表明:以8-羟基喹啉铜为主要配方,加入助溶剂冰乙酸,添加戊唑醇和二癸基二甲基氯化铵混合复配,余量为水,该复配型防腐剂对木材真菌有较好的抑制作用.
Screening of Mixed Copper-compound Preservatives
To develop low toxicity,environmental-friendly and high efficient wood preservatives,inhibitory capacity of 10 single agents against 5 wood fungi was determined by using an indoor inhibition zone method. Us-ing copper chloride with significant bacteriostatic effect as a main agent,14 compounds were mixed to deter-mine antibacterial ability and filter out formula with better bacteriostasis. Results showed that the main formula was 8-hydroxyquinoline copper;glacial acetic acid was added as a cosolvent;tebuconazole and didecyl di-methyl ammonium chloride were mixed;others were water. The compound antiseptic had a good inhibitory ef-fect on wood fungi.
