香合欢木材物理力学性质研究

为给香合欢(Albizia odoratissima)木材的综合利用提供参考,以25年生香合欢木材为研究对象,对其物理和力学性质进行测定.结果表明,香合欢木材的基本、气干和全干密度均值分别为0.635、0.761和0.727 g/cm3.木材的径向、弦向和体积气干干缩率均值分别为1.53%、2.06%和3.72%,差异干缩为1.35;径向、弦向和体积全干干缩率均值分别为2.92%、5.09%和8.10%,差异干缩为1.74;径向、弦向和体积干缩系数均值分别为0.114%、0.272%和0.395%.木材的端面、径面和弦面硬度均值分别为6 655、4 968和 5 218 N.木材的抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、顺纹抗压强度和冲击韧性均值分别为136.7 MPa、12 820 MPa、70.1 MPa和100 kJ/m2.木材综合品质系数为3 256.3×105 Pa.香合欢木材干缩均匀性中等,尺寸稳定性较好,刚性中等,有较高的密度、硬度、韧性和品质系数及抗弯和顺纹抗压强度,为优良的高档家具用材.
Physical and Mechanical Properties of Albizia odoratissima Wood
In order to provide references for comprehensive utilization of Albizia odoratissima woods,main phys-ical and mechanical properties of 25-year-old A.odoratissima wood were tested.Results showed that means of basic density,air-dry density and oven-dry density were 0.635,0.761 and 0.727 g/cm3 respectively.Means of tangential,radial and volume shrinkage rates of air-dry wood were 1.53%,2.06%and 3.72%respectively,with differential dry shrinkage of 1.35.Means of tangential,radial and volume shrinkage rates of oven-dry wood were 2.92%,5.09%and 8.10%respectively,with differential dry shrinkage of 1.74.Means of tangential,radial and volume shrinkage coefficients were 0.114%,0.272%and 0.395%respectively.Means of end face hardness,radial face hardness and tangential face hardness were 6 655,4 968 and 5 218 N.Means of bending strength,bending elastic modulus,compressive strength parallel to grain and impact toughness were 136.7 MPa,12 820 MPa,70.1 MPa and 100 kJ/m2.Comprehensive quality coefficient of wood was 3 256.3×105 Pa.A.odoratissima wood had moderate dry shrinkage uniformity and better dimensional stability.A.odoratissima wood had moder-ate rigidity,relatively high density,hardness,toughness and quality as well as bending strength and compres-sive strength parallel to grain.A.odoratissima wood was excellent material for high-grade furniture.
