摘要

为了解枫香(Liquidambar formosana)叶片变红机制,以枫香全绿(S1)、半红(S2)和全红(S3)叶片为试验材料,测定叶色参数值及叶绿素、原花青素、黄酮和花青素苷类多酚化合物含量;基于代谢组学技术,检测原花青素、黄酮和花青素苷类多酚化合物在枫香叶片变红中起上调作用的差异代谢物.结果表明,随枫香叶片变红,叶绿素含量下降,花青素苷类多酚化合物含量增加.共鉴定出4种原花青素、8种黄酮和36种花青素苷.S1与S3叶片间起上调作用的差异代谢物有18种,差异性化合物有12种.S1与S2叶片间起上调作用的差异代谢物有14种,差异性化合物有7种.S2与S3叶片间起上调作用的差异代谢物有12种,差异性化合物有5种.花青素苷多酚类化合物是使叶片变红的主要化合物;原花青素B2、槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷和二氢杨梅黄酮是使叶片变红的辅色素.

Abstract

In order to understand reddening mechanism of Liquidambar formosana leaves,taking full green(S1),semi-red(S2)and full red(S3)leaves as test materials,color parameter values,contents of chlorophylls and polyphenol compounds such as procyanidins,flavonoids and anthocyanins were determined.Differential metabolites with up-regulation effects of polyphenol compounds such as procyanidins,flavonoids and anthocya-nins in reddening of L.formosana leaves were determined based on metabolomics technology.Results showed that with reddening of L.formosana leaves,contents of chlorophylls decreased,contents of polyphenol com-pounds such as anthocyanins increased.4 kinds of procyanidins,8 kinds of flavonoids and 36 kinds of anthocya-nins were identified.There were 18 differential metabolites with up-regulation effects and 12 differential com-pounds between S1 and S3 leaves.There were 14 differential metabolites with up-regulation effects and 7 dif-ferential compounds between S1 and S2 leaves.There were 12 differential metabolites with up-regulation ef-fects and 5 differential compounds between S2 and S3 leaves.Polyphenol compounds such as anthocyanins were main compounds responsible for reddening of L.formosana leaves.Procyanidin B2,quercetin-3-O-gluco-side and dihydromyricetin were auxiliary components responsible for reddening of L.formosana leaves.
