珍贵树种刨花润楠研究综述

刨花润楠(Machilus pauhoi)是一种具有观赏、药用、材用和生态价值的常绿阔叶树种,主要分布于我国华南和东南地区.该文综述刨花润楠的遗传与繁殖特性、苗期培育、抗逆性、造林技术、木材鉴别与利用和观赏特性.针对遗传图谱和起源信息仍不明确、繁殖特性仍不清晰、幼林期和成林期刨花润楠对逆境环境适应研究和苗期培育中刨花润楠对营养元素吸收与利用的研究不足、传统抚育措施缺乏、现有木材资源利用方法研究不深入及刨花润楠观赏特性研究缺乏综合性和系统性等问题,建议进行更广泛的引种和驯化试验并充分利用第三代分子标记技术,探究种子生物学特性,增加抗逆性生理研究;探究刨花润楠对营养元素的偏好性及其吸收利用效应,系统研究刨花润楠栽培及营林措施,探讨不同加工工艺和取材部位对刨花润楠板材质量的影响,完善层次分析法中对刨花润楠观赏特性的评价内容与方式.
Review on Machilus pauhoi:A Kind of Precious Tree Species
Machilus pauhoi is a kind of evergreen broad-leaved tree species with ornamental,medicinal,timber and ecological values,which mainly distributed in southern and southeastern of China.Genetic and reproduc-tive characteristics,seedling cultivation,stress resistance,afforestation techniques,wood identification and uti-lization as well as ornamental characteristics were reviewed.In view of problems of unclear genetic map and ori-gin information as well as reproductive characteristics,insufficient researches on adaptation of M.pauhoi young and mature plantations on adverse environments and on nutrient uptake and utilization of M.pauhoi in seedling cultivation,lacks of traditional nurturing measures,in-depth research on utilization methods of existing timber resources as well as comprehensive and systematic researches on ornamental characteristics of M.pauhoi,it was proposed that more extensive introduction and acclimation experiments should be conducted and third gen-eration molecular marker techniques should be carried out.Seed biology should be explored.Physiological stud-ies of stress resistance should be increased.Nutrient element preferences and their uptakes and utilization of M.pauhoi should be explored.Cultivation and forestation measures of M.pauhoi should be systematically ana-lyzed.Effects of different processing techniques and timber extraction sites on qualities of M.pauhoi plates should be explored.Evaluation contents and methods of ornamental characteristics of M.pauhoi by analytic hi-erarchy process should be improved.
