Endogenous Development:Realistic Path to Common Prosperity through Comprehensive Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas
Achieving the common prosperity is a goal that the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been striving for,and the focus and difficulty of promoting common prosperity lies in ethnic areas.A review of ethnic areas as a regional unit reveals that the rural revitalization is an indispensable path to common prosperity,and the realization of common prosperity is the ultimate goal of rural revitalization,the two being mutually reinforced in the practice of Chinese path to modernization.In the current critical period of comprehensively promoting both rural revitalization and common prosperity,the consolidation of the achievements of poverty eradication,the satisfaction of people's aspirations for a better life,and the need to shore up weak links in Chinese path to modernization have together constituted the mechanism driven by"internal and external force"from the comprehensive rural revitalization to the common prosperity in ethnic areas.Cultivating and giving full play to the endogenous development capacity of ethnic areas can form multiple synergies for regional development,break the deadlock of"insufficient external force"and"weak internal force"in ethnic areas,and help the coordinated economic and social development in ethnic areas.In the new era,actively promoting the cultivation of composite endogenous development capabilities centered on industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization is a feasible path to effectively enhance the endogenous power in ethnic areas,boost the coupling development of ethnic areas,and advance the synergistic development of the comprehensive rural revitalization and common prosperity in ethnic areas.
