钢化玻璃杯在线分拣系统设计

餐饮业中可重复使用的钢化玻璃杯在清洗、封装过程中会造成杯口破损,如不经筛选流入市场会对消费者造成潜在危害。采用人工检测方式存在检测效率低、人工成本高的问题。设计了玻璃杯口机器视觉检测系统用于杯口缺陷的在线检测,并采用NX MCD设计玻璃杯分拣装置,由PLC控制分拣装置的运行实现对玻璃杯的分拣。上位机监控软件实时监控系统运行状态并运用MySQL数据库保存运行数据;利用Node-RED和腾讯云实现基于物联网的远程监控功能,使用户可以通过智能手机远程监控,拓展系统的适用范围。
Design of Online Sorting System for Tempered Glass Cups
Reusable tempered glass cups in the catering industry can cause damage to the cup mouth during cleaning and packaging processes.If not screened and enterd the market,they may pose potential harm to consumers.The use of manual detection methods has problems of low detection efficiency and high labor costs.A machine vision detection system for glass cup mouth defects was designed for online detection,and NX MCD was used to design a glass cup sorting device.The operation of the sorting device was controlled by PLC to achieve the sorting of glass cups.The upper computer monitoring software monitors the real-time operation status of the system and saves the running data using a MySQL database;utilizing Node-RED and Tencent Cloud to achieve remote monitoring function based on the Internet of Things,users can remotely monitor through smartphones,and expanding the applicability of the system.
