山西平陆前庄遗址出土两件青铜器及其X射线探伤检测

摘要
文章通过对山西省平陆前庄遗址出土早商青铜遗物中的1件圆鼎和1件罍进行近距离的实物观察与X射线探伤检测,发现两件铜器均为浑铸成形,铸型上突出使用了金属芯撑辅助成形工艺和设置腹足范芯工艺;纹饰制作上主要有范作、契刻边框后刮壁减地和模作三种方式.研究结果将中原地区使用垫片、鼎的腹足范的时间提前到二里岗上层二期,为讨论这两项工艺的源流提供了重要参考.
Abstract
Through close physical observations and X-ray inspections of a round tripod Ding and a Lei among the early Shang bronze relics excavated from the Qianzhuang site in Pinglu,Shanxi Province,it has been found that both bronze vessels were formed through monoblock casting process,and the casting process prominently used the horizontal splitting process,spacers,and the setting of the bottom mold process,and the motifs were mainly made in three ways:modeling,scraping the wall and reducing the ground after carving the outline,and molding.The results of this study advance the earliest use of spacers and tripods'bottom mold in the Zhongyuan area to the second phase of the Upper Erligang period,and provide an important reference for discussing the origin of these two processes.
