西安咸阳国际机场出土耀州窑不同釉色瓷的比较研究

耀州窑是我国北方著名瓷窑之一,瓷器种类繁多、工艺精湛,在中国陶瓷发展史上占有十分重要的地位。文章采用光学显微分析、能量色散X射线荧光光谱法、X射线衍射、红外光谱、拉曼光谱、热膨胀分析等分析检测手段,对发掘于陕西西安咸阳国际机场的黑釉瓷、白釉瓷、青釉瓷和酱红釉瓷胎釉的化学成分、烧成温度、显微结构等进行了比较研究。研究表明,该批瓷片为宋代耀州窑古陶瓷,不同釉色的古陶瓷胎体皆具有显著的高铝低硅特性,制作胎体的主要原材料为当地盛产的坩土。瓷釉配方工艺也不尽相同,黑瓷釉、酱红瓷釉属于铁系釉,青瓷釉属于钙系釉,白瓷釉属于钙-碱釉或碱-钙釉配方系统。不同釉色瓷器的烧造温度均有差异,除酱红釉瓷在 1000℃左右外,其他的瓷器烧制温度均在 1160℃以上,它们均属于传统的高温颜色釉。该研究对于认识宋代耀州制瓷业的工艺水平、发展特点和规律具有重要的科学价值,对传承发展耀州窑传统的制瓷工艺具有重要意义。
Research on the Porcelain Making Technology of Yaozhou Kiln with Different Glaze Colors Excavated from Xianyang International Airport in Xi'an
Yaozhou kiln was one of the famous kilns in the ancient North China.Its porcelainmaking technology reached the heyday in the Song Dynasty.There were many varieties of exquisite porcelain produced in Yaozhou Kiln,occupying a very important position in the history of ancient ceramics in China.Traditional research on Yaozhou kiln porcelain mainly mostly focused on the chemical composition and firing process of single-color glazed porcelain.There were few horizontal comparisons on the microstructure,formulation process and development law of different glazed porcelain at the same time.Herein,various analytical techniques,including the optical microscopy,wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(EDXRF),X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and thermodilatometric analysis,were used to analyze the microstructures,phases,chemical composition and sintering temperature of the enamel fragments of black glaze,white glaze,celadon glaze and brown glaze excavated at Xianyang International Airport of Xi'an.The microstructures,major chemical composition and firing process of porcelain with different glaze colors were explored and compared.The firing temperature was also discussed based on XRD and thermodilatometric analysis.It demonstrated that clay was the main raw materials for this batch of ceramics produced.These ancient ceramics with different glaze colors showed the typical characteristics of high aluminum and low silicon,and glaze formulation process were also not in the same route.Black and brown glaze belongs to the iron glaze.Celadon glaze was the typical calcium glaze,and white glaze was the calcium-alkali glaze or alkali-calcium glaze formulation system.The sintering temperature of different porcelains with various colors was different.Except of brown glaze below 1000℃,the firing temperature of most ceramics was around 1160℃,which belonged to the traditional high temperature colored glaze.The results showed an important scientific value for understanding of the technological level,developing properties and laws of Yaozhou porcelain in Song Dynasty,which were great significant to inherit and develop the traditional sintering technique of Yaozhou kiln.
