摘要
瓷腰鼓作为中国古代陶瓷与音乐相结合的独特产物,尤其在广西地区展现出鲜明的民族特征与文化价值.其中,永福窑田岭窑烧造的瓷腰鼓,成为研究广西陶瓷科技发展历程的重要组成部分.文章通过现代科技分析手段对永福窑田岭窑址出土的瓷质腰鼓进行了深入的工艺探究.研究结果显示,这些瓷腰鼓的胎釉成分特征与南方瓷系相一致,采用钙系釉料制作,表现出良好的物理性能.值得一提的是,其制瓷原料及配方与同一窑址出土的日用陶瓷器存在显著差异.同时,各窑场在不同区域烧造的各种类型的腰鼓,均展现出稳定的原料选择、配方配比和工艺技术.该研究不仅增进了对广西瓷腰鼓工艺特征的理解,也为进一步探索其贸易和技术交流关系提供了宝贵的数据参考.
Abstract
The porcelain waist drum is a product of the combination of ancient Chinese ceramics and music.The porcelain waist drums in Guangxi have distinctive ethnic characteristics and cultural values.The porcelain waist drums produced from the Yaotianling kiln in Yongfu are an important part of studying the development of ceramic technology in Guangxi.This study is from the scientific and technological point of view of the kiln site porcelain waist drums.The results showed that the porcelain waist drums unearthed from the Yaotianling kiln in Yongfu are consistent with the composition of the southern porcelain body and glaze.The glaze material is made of calcium glaze,which has good physical properties.The raw materials for making porcelain and daily-use ceramics from different kiln zones and types of waist drums are different,and their formulas and technological processes are stable.This study provides some data references for further research on the technological characteristics,trade,and technical exchange relationships of Guangxi's porcelain waist drums.
