摘要

近年我国毕业生人数屡创新高,就业供需失衡造成高校毕业生就业难的问题,因此开发一套自动化、基于大数据平台的招聘数据分析系统,从而实现数据收集和数据分析,将适合毕业生的岗位需求及时地推送给毕业生,为其择业就业提供重要的参考依据.同时,根据行业职位需求,提前构建技能知识图谱,为即将毕业的学生提供职业规划的重要参考.从行业需求的角度规范供给,高校可以根据行业需求不断完善人才培养方案并及时优化相关专业及其课程设置来培养学生综合能力,以更好地适应市场的变化,这不仅对高校改进教学内容和开展就业辅导工作有重要的指导意义,并有望对解决我国的结构性就业矛盾等问题产生积极影响.

Abstract

In recent years,China has experienced a surge in the number of graduates,which has resulted in an imbalance between the supply and demand of employment opportunities.This has made it challenging for college graduates to secure jobs.To address this issue,it is crucial to develop an automated recruitment data analysis system based on a big data platform.Such a system will enable efficient collection and analysis of data,facilitating timely delivery of job opportunities for graduates.This will help them find and select job openings.Moreover,creating a comprehensive skill and knowledge map based on industry requirements will provide valuable guidance for graduates'career planning.By aligning educational programs with industry demands through standardized supply,colleges and universities can continuously enhance talent training programs while optimizing relevant majors and curricula accordingly.This approach aims to cultivate students'holistic abilities that better adapt to market changes while also serving as a guiding force for improving teaching content and facilitating effective employment guidance efforts within academic institutions.Ultimately,these measures are expected to have a positive impact on addressing the structural contradictions in our country's employment landscape.
