红薯品种比较试验初报

为筛选适合灌阳县种植的优质高产、经济效益高的红薯品种,引进7个品种和本地选优复壮3个品种进行比较试验。结果表明,6025、京薯1号、越南薯、桂经薯6号、结芋花五个品种表现产量适中,薯形美观,薯块大小均匀、色泽鲜艳,质地细腻,纤维少,蒸食香甜可口,商品薯率高,属优质丰产品种;灌阳粉薯、鸡骨香薯形欠美观、蒸食有香味,质地偏硬,口感微甜,具有大薯率高、淀粉含量高,可作为红薯产业深加工储备品种;川山紫、桂经薯6号、越南薯三个品种产量适中,薯块为紫皮紫心,色素含量高,是提炼紫色色素的理想品种,大叶303为红皮紫心,产量和紫色色素含量略低于上述三个品种,鸣门金时薯形好,鲜食有香味,但产量低,需作进一步试验再作结论。
In order to select suitable sweet potato variety of high-yield,top quality and high-benefit for Guanyang,seven introduced varieties and three local varieties are chosen to conduct a comparison experiment.The results show that five varieties such as 6025 etc.have represented many good characters as high-yield,good shape,similar size and sweet taste etc.so that they can be used as preferred varieties.Guangyang potato and chicken-bone potato with high starch content can be used as processing varieties.Three varieties(Chuanshan purple etc.) with high pigment content can be used as raw material for purple pigment processing.Other two varieties need to be tested further for final conclusion.
