The Innovative Practice of the Construction of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A case Study of Yubang Village in Fujian Province
Rural grass-roots party organizations are the basis of all the work and combat effectiveness of the party in rural areas.The general requirements for rural revitalization of"industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life"have put forward new requirements for the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.This paper takes the innovative practice of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in Yubang Village,Fujian Province as a research case,and analyzes the measures taken by Yubang Village to lead the rural revitalization and innovate the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations through ideological education,cross-village joint construction,talent return,and rural civilization.The general experience and enlightenment are obtained,that is,the construction of innovative rural grass-roots party organizations should focus on ideological leadership,political leadership,social appeal,and mass organization,consolidate the solid ideological foundation,political foundation,social foundation and lay a solid mass foundation for rural revitalization,and strengthen the core position of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural leadership,which provides a strong organizational guarantee for the implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy in the new era.
