蚕蛹是桑蚕产业的主要副产品,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等营养成分,是一种高蛋白饲料资源,产量非常可观.然而,由于蚕蛹自身腺体分泌的物质和贮藏加工过程的分解、转化作用使其带有特殊的异味,作为饲料时其异味在禽畜体内的残留限制了蚕蛹的饲料化利用.本文综述了利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析鉴定蚕蛹异味物质成分,以及脱除蚕蛹异味的技术方法包括蒸馏法、吸附法、氧化法、微生物发酵法等研究进展,为蚕蛹饲料化的深入研究提供参考.
The Odor Substances and Removal Methods for Silkworm Pupae
Silkworm pupae is the main by-product of the silkworm industry.It is rich in protein,fat,vitamins,trace elements and other nutrients.It is a high protein feed resource and the yield is very considerable.However,silkworm pupae has a special peculiar smell due to the substances secreted by its own glands and the decomposition and transformation during storage and processing.The residue of its peculiar smell in livestock as feed limits the feed utilization of silkworm pupae.This paper reviews the research progress of applying gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to analyze and identify the odor components of silkworm pupae,and the technical methods to remove the odor of silkworm pupae,including distillation,adsorption,oxidation,microbial fermentation,etc.,so as to provide reference for the in-depth study of silkworm pupae feed.
