育苗床循边喷淋车及纠偏导向系统的研发

单层苗床育苗喷淋作业普遍采用人工作业,少数采用挂空式自动喷淋系统,而人工喷淋存在劳动强度大、伤害大、效率低、品质差的问题,挂空式自动喷淋系统存在不可跨棚作业、重复投入大、占空间大、遮挡光线等问题,为此,设计开发了专用于单层苗床可跨棚使用的循边式自动喷淋车,该装备通过红外线测距传感器检测苗床边沿位置,以及通过高精度角度传感器检测转向轮实时偏角及整车倾斜角度,然后由控制系统运算出转向轮目标偏角,经纠偏执行机构控制转向轮偏转,进而实现自动纠偏导向,沿循苗床边沿自动往返行走,并在行走过程中由车载喷淋工具完成喷淋作业.
The spraying operation of single-layer seedbed seedling cultivation is generally carried out manually,with a few applying hanging type automatic spraying systems.However,manual spraying has problems such as high labor intensity,high injury,low efficiency,and poor quality.The hanging type automatic spraying system has problems such as not being able to cross the shed,repeated investment,occupying a large space,and blocking light.Therefore,a dedicated edge type automatic spraying vehicle for single-layer seedbeds that can cross the shed has been designed and developed.This equipment detects the edge position of the seedbed through infrared distance sensors,as well as the real-time deviation angle of the steering wheel and the inclination angle of the entire vehicle through high-precision angle sensors.Then,the control system calculates the target deviation angle of the steering wheel,which is controlled by the deviation correction actuator to achieve automatic deviation correction and guidance.It automatically travels back and forth along the edge of the seedbed and completes spraying operations during the walking process.
