Empowering Rural Revitalization through Cross Border E-Commerce of Agricultural Products:Basic Conditions,Realistic Dilemmas,and Promotion Strategy:A Case Study of Guangxi
Against the backdrop of building a new development pattern and promoting a higher level of opening up to the outside world,the continuous development and widespread application of digital technology,as well as the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,have given enormous development opportunities to cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products,making it an important growth point for rural industrial development and an important force for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.By promoting the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce for agricultural products,empowering rural revitalization and facilitating domestic and international circular economy is not only in line with China's economic development trend,but also has a practical foundation.As far as Guangxi is concerned,the cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products empowers rural revitalization with multiple advantages,such as institutional foundation,economic foundation,carrier foundation and industrial foundation.At the same time,it is constrained by weak policy accuracy and coordination,low quality of agricultural products,imperfect quality standard system,insufficient construction of agricultural product independent brands,incomplete logistics supply chain system and insufficient talent supply.It is necessary to focus on promoting and breaking through the following aspects:establishing a departmental linkage and coordination mechanism to improve the accuracy and coordination of cross-border e-commerce policies for agricultural products;improving the quality of agricultural products and improving the quality standard system of agricultural products;deepening the connotation construction of independent brands and enhancing their influence;intensifing the construction of cold chain logistics and improving the efficiency of logistics services;taking multiple measures to expand the supply of cross-border e-commerce professionals for agricultural products.
