Exploring the Development Path of Agricultural Insurance Cooperation between China and Vietnam
Insurance cooperation between China and Vietnam is one of the important contents of building an open financial portal for the Association of Southeast Asian Hations(ASEAN).China and Vietnam are good neighbors linked by mountains and rivers and closely linked by lips and teeth.We should jointly promote the construction of a community of shared future between China and Vietnam.The two sides can use the advantages of geographical proximity and industrial complementarity to carry out pragmatic and effective agricultural insurance cooperation in various fields.However,at present,the two sides have not formed a mature financial cooperation development pattern and a systematic cross-border agricultural insurance system.Therefore,based on the background of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)and the construction of a new pattern of dual circulation at home and abroad,this paper studied and analyzed the prospects of cooperation between China and Vietnam's agricultural insurance in three aspects:institutional policies,industrial structures and open environment.From the three dimensions of the structure and total amount of agricultural insurance,policy system,cooperation foundation and potential,this paper analyzed the realistic conditions and constraints of the development of agricultural insurance cooperation between China and Vietnam.Finally,this paper put forward the specific path of the development of agricultural insurance cooperation between the two sides from five aspects:policy,technology,institutional market,risk management and cooperation area.
