Network Pharmacology Analysis of Immunomodulatory Mechanism of Folium Mori
The mechanism of immune function regulation of Folium Mori was analyzed based on network pharmacology. The active components and corresponding target of Folium Mori were obtained based on TCMSP database, and a network diagram of the active components and target was constructed. The immunoregulatory intersection genes of Folium Mori were screened using Genecards,OMIM databases etc,and the protein interaction network(PPI)was constructed using the STRING database. The core target was enriched by GO function and analyzed by KEGG.The results showed that the active components of quercetin, kaempferol, arachidonic acid,β-sitosterol,tetramethoxylluteolin,stigmasterol,etc,in Folium Mori acted on key targets such as TP53,AKT1,TNF,ESR1,IL6,and so on,participating in signal pathways of cancer,AGE-RAGE in cancer and diabetes complications,TNF,and IL-17,and playing an immunomodulatory role.Folium Mori has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway,and has shown its effectiveness in immune regulation. The study provided a basis for the application of Folium Mori in livestock and poultry breeding.
