摘要
企业标准体系是企业内部的标准根据其内在联系所形成的科学的、有机的整体.建立企业标准体系、实施标准化管理和标准化生产是企业可持续发展和增强核心竞争力的关键.文章以农业产业化国家重点龙头企业——广西金陵农牧集团有限公司为例,对企业标准体系建设的依据(相关法律法规、行业标准、市场需求和技术水平)进行了阐述;介绍了企业标准体系建设的流程;总结了企业标准体系建设的实践经验;重点分析了企业标准体系建设的效果,包括主要生产技术指标得以明显改善、鸡"两白"(白痢沙门氏菌、白血病)清除与净化效果的提升、主要经济指标得到大幅优化、主要社会与生态指标成效突出,为需要建设标准体系的企业提供了可行的经验借鉴.
Abstract
The enterprise standard system is a scientific and organic whole formed by the internal standards of the enterprise according to their internal relations.The establishment of an enterprise standard system,the implementation of standardized management and production are key to the sustainable development and core competitiveness of enterprises.Taking Guangxi Jinling Husbandry Group Co.,Ltd.,a national key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization,as an example,this paper explains that the construction of an enterprise standard system is based on relevant laws and regulations,industry standards,market demand and technical level.The process of an enterprise standard system is introduced,and practical experiences are summarized.The results of constructing an enterprise standard system were analyzed,including the improvement of main production technical indicators,the elimination and purification of Salmonella pullorum and leukemia,the optimization of main economic indicators,and the outstanding results of main social and ecological indicators.This paper provides feasible experiences for enterprises that need to build a standard system.
