The Action Logic and Long-term Mechanism of Promoting the Modernization of Rural Ecological Governance
The modernization of rural ecological governance is an important embodiment of the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In order to promote the modernization of rural ecological governance,the action starting point is to realize the needs of farmers for a better ecological environment,and the action goal is to promote the modernization of the national governance system and capacity,which aligns with the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the current rural social situation,an analysis framework for modernizing rural ecological governance has been constructed.There are several limiting factors including an unreasonable governance concept,an imperfect governance system,a lack of governance subjects,and insufficient governance means.Based on this,it is necessary to build a corresponding long-term mechanism that includes the rural ecological culture cultivation mechanism,the rural ecological legal guarantee mechanism,the rural diversified cooperation governance mechanism,and the rural ecological technology driving mechanism.This will effectively enhance the capacity for rural ecological governance and achieve good rural ecological governance.
