Research on the Training Mode of E-commerce Talents in Secondary Vocational Schools Based on the Development Demands of Agricultural Characteristic Industry in Baise City:the Case of Guangxi Youjiang Ethnic and Commercial School
In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,e-commerce talents are key to fully leveraging the role of e-commerce and promoting industrial revitalization.As an important aspect of talent training,secondary vocational schools should proactively seek the meeting point between vocational education and regional industries,and cultivate e-commerce talents that meet the needs of industrial development.This paper explains the importance of training e-commerce talents and analyzes the problems that exist in the training of e-commerce professionals in secondary vocational schools.Using the case of Guangxi Youjiang ethnic and commercial school,the paper focuses on the development needs of agricultural characteristic industries in Baise city,and explores and implements the training mode for e-commerce talents through optimizing the talent training program,building an integrated platform for production-education integration,constructing a curriculum system of in-depth integration of production and education,and strengthening the construction of"double-qualified"teachers.The research shows that the training mode for e-commerce talents in secondary vocational schools based on the development needs of the agricultural industry,can cultivate application-oriented e-commerce talents that are more aligned with the development needs of industries,industries and enterprises,and provide effective practical experience for talent training in secondary vocational schools.
