Practice and Innovation of Industrial Service Talent Management Mode in Agricultural Universities from the Perspective of Rural Vitalization:the Case of Guangxi Vocational University of Agriculture
Rural vitalization is an important strategy for China's agricultural and rural development,aiming to promote the all-round vitalization of the rural economy,society,culture,ecology and organization,and to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In this context,the demand for industrial service talents in agricultural universities is growing.These talents are not only the main force of agricultural scientific and technological innovation,but also the key force in promoting rural vitalization.How to effectively manage these talents to maximize their value has become an urgent problem to be solved presently.Based on the analysis of the new requirements of rural vitalization for industrial service talents in agricultural universities,this paper discusses the main problems of industrial service talents in agricultural universities from the aspects of talent evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms,talent training modes and approaches,school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms,etc.Taking Guangxi Vocational University of Agriculture as an example,the paper focuses on human resource management,talent training and industrial service,introducing the innovative theory and practical experience of the industrial service talent management mode.It also suggests that efforts should be made in the areas of talent management innovation strategy,recruitment and selection mechanisms,talent diversity evaluation mechanisms,goal-oriented incentive mechanisms,creating a diversified talent training mode,strengthening high-quality faculty construction,strengthening the cooperation between schools,enterprises and government departments,etc.,in order to provide strong guarantee for talents and technology support for rural vitalization.
