摘要
随着全球化的发展,农产品跨境物流在国际贸易中扮演着越来越重要的角色.扩大农产品进口源、增加港口货运量、提高单一窗口效率、完善物流基础设施以及推动多式联运体系的建设,为农产品跨境物流带来了广阔的发展机遇.然而,面临激烈的区域竞争、不断提高的创新要求以及扩大影响力的挑战.当前存在的问题包括物流信息流通不畅、基础设施不完善和物流专业人才短缺.为了实现农产品跨境物流的高质量发展,文章提出了加强基础设施建设、提高口岸通关效率、完善农村物流、强化农产品品牌建设和培养物流人才的发展策略.这些策略不仅对农产品跨境物流行业的可持续发展具有重要意义,也为全球农产品贸易提供了有益的启示.
Abstract
With the development of globalization,cross-border logistics of agricultural products plays an important role in international trade.Expanding agricultural import sources,increasing port cargo volume,improving single-window efficiency,improving logistics infrastructure,and promoting the construction of multimodal transport systems have brought broad development opportunities for agricultural cross-border logistics.However,it faces fierce regional competition,increasing innovation requirements,and the challenge of expanding its influence.The current problems include poor flow of logistics information,imperfect infrastructure,and a shortage of logistics professionals.In order to realize the high-quality development of cross-border logistics of agricultural products,the paper puts forward the development strategies of strengthening infrastructure construction,improving the efficiency of port clearance,improving rural logistics,strengthening the brand construction of agricultural products and training logistics talents.These strategies are not only of great significance to the sustainable development of the cross-border agricultural products logistics industry,but also provide useful enlightenment for global agricultural products trade.
