The Basic Conditions,Dilemma and Path of Developing New-type Rural Collective Economy in Minority Regions
The new rural collective economy is an important aspect of achieving the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in ethnic regions,improving the lives of farmers,and promoting the integration of urban and rural development.It is also a significant means to drive the overall revitalization of rural areas.In the new era,the rural society in China's ethnic areas continues to face challenges in terms of organization and marketization.Strengthening the new rural collective economy has become a key approch to promoting common prosperity in rural areas and for farmers in these regions.Although the development of the new rural collective economy in ethnic areas has certain basic conditions,it still encounters practical difficulties,such as overall quality deficiencies,unclear driving effects,inadequate supervision mechanisms,and insufficient talent supply.Therefore,it is necessary to address these challenges in order to a new type of rural collective economy in ethnic areas,empower rural revitalization,and contribute to common prosperity through strengthening the guidance of party building work,transformation and upgrading,shared development,and institutional innovation.
