传统工艺六堡茶加工机械的现状与发展

传统工艺六堡茶是六堡茶的一个重要品类,不同陈化年份的传统工艺六堡茶的感官品质特征变化明显,并能较好地保留和体现不同茶树品种的风格特点,深受茶叶消费者的喜爱,较具市场发展潜力.然而,目前广西传统工艺六堡茶加工以手工或半手工制茶、单机机械制茶为主,茶叶生产企业及茶叶生产企业依据传统工艺六堡茶工艺定制或研发的加工机械较少,加工过程人工参与度较高,连续化、自动化程度偏低,这些因素在一定程度上制约了广西传统工艺六堡茶产业的高质量发展.文章结合广西传统工艺六堡茶加工机械的发展现状,对传统工艺六堡茶加工机械的发展趋势、创新制约因素展开分析,提出传统工艺六堡茶加工机械选用配备建议及若干创新对策,以期为广西传统工艺六堡茶产业的持续健康发展提供参考.
Current Situation and Development of Traditional Craft Liupao Tea Processing Machinery
Traditional craft Liupao tea is an important category of Liupao tea.The sensory quality characteristics of traditional craft Liupao tea change significantly in different aging years,and it can better retain and reflect the style characteristics of different tea tree varieties,which is favored by tea consumers and has more market development potential.However,at present,the traditional process of Liupao tea processing in Guangxi is mainly manual or semi-manual tea making and stand-alone mechanical tea making.Tea production enterprises and tea machine manufacturers have developed fewer processing machinery customized or developed according to the traditional process of Liupao tea technology,and the processing process has high manual participation,low degree of continuity and automation.These factors restrict the high-quality development of the Liupao tea industry in Guangxi to a certain extent.Combining with the development status of Guangxi traditional craft Liupao tea processing machinery,this paper analyzes the development trend and innovation constraints of traditional craft Liupao tea processing machinery,and puts forward suggestions on the selection and equipment of traditional craft Liupao tea processing machinery and some innovative countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Guangxi traditional craft Liupao tea industry.
