Research Progress of Shatian Pomelo and Future Development Trend of Shatian Pomelo in Rong County
Shatian Pomelo is a well-known agricultural product in Rong County,Guangxi Province.It has rich nutritional value,outstanding economic value,and has many physiological functions such as anti-oxidation,lowering blood lipids and antibacterial properties.However,in the current production and planting process,there are some problems such as backward processing technology,extensive cultivation methods,lack of brand awareness,weak market competitiveness,and insufficient scientific and technological innovation ability.This paper reviews many studies on Shatian Pomelo,including its comprehensive development and utilization,the main factors affecting the quality of Shatian pomelo,the main diseases and pests of Shatian pomelo and their control measures,and the flowering and fruit technology of the Shatian Pomelo.It also looks forward to the development trend of comprehensive utilization of Shatian grapefruit industry in Rong County,the development of quality detection technology of Shatian grapefruit in Rong County towards non-destructive,accurate,and efficient methods,the research and development of standardized cultivation technology for green food of Shatian grapefruit in Rong County,and the market management of Shatian grapefruit in Rong County.This aim is to provide a scientific basis for the cultivation management and comprehensive utilization of Shatian grapefruit in Rong County,in order to improve the economic benefits of local residents,improve the local ecological environment and enhance overall social benefits.
