The construction,protection,and application of geographical indication brands play a very important role in the high quality and sustainable development of agriculture.At present,geographical indication products in China mainly adopt the way of administrative examination and approval.The phenomenon of counterfeit geographical indication products in the market and the situation of decline in the quality of geographical indication products are common.Additionally,the official processing of geographical indication infringement cases is difficult due to a lack of open and fair basis.This paper puts forward the"Geographical Indications Environment & Sustainability(GIES)"solution to cooperate with management.The solutiong aims to establish a traceable system between geographical indication products,their ecological environment and the market using an open and scientific method.It also aims to digitize geographical indication information,make traceability public,and standardize cases to promote the management rule of law.The creation of landmark habitat methods and technologies is closely related to digital inspection,and the two promote each other.In order to better carry out the legal management of geographical indication rights protection in China,procuratorial performance organically combines with landmark habitat case demonstration.It builds a multi-subject collaborative governance model and establishes a large database of high-quality geographical products,traceability.This approach aims to fully utilize the procuratorial efficacy of social governance,integrates industrial resources,and comprehensively performs duties to build a high-quality geographical products anti-infringement service platform.It provides a new scheme of procuratorial management for the protection of intellectual property rights of geographical indications at home and abroad.
