屯六水库浮游生物群落结构及水质评价

为更好地了解屯六水库浮游生物群落结构特征和水生态环境,分别于 2022年1月、6月对屯六水库开展浮游生物和水质理化因子综合性调查.调查期间共检出浮游植物 8 门 91 属,1 月多样性指数和均匀度指数分别为2.671、0.43,6 月多样性指数和均匀度指数分别为2.157、0.35;共检出浮游动物 4 类 50 属,门类种属类较多是轮虫,最少的是桡足类.浮游生物多样性评价结果显示,屯六水库在调查期间属于中污染,介于中营养和富营养类型.利用综合营养指数法对水质状况进行评价分析.结果显示,各采样点综合水质类别均未达到功能区的Ⅱ类水目标要求,6 月的水质不如 1 月的.用单因子水质标识指数法进行评价,结果表明,主要污染物指标因子为总氮和铵态氮,其次为总磷和化学耗氧量.通过调查屯六水库的浮游生物群落结构,分析鉴定影响水质的主要理化因子,从而评价其水质状况,为屯六库区改善水环境及开展生态渔业养殖提供理论参考.
Plankton Community Structure and Water Quality Evaluation in Tunliu Reservoir
In order to better understand the characteristics of plankton community structure and water ecological environment in Tunliu Reservoir,a comprehensive survey of plankton and water quality physicochemical factors was carried out in Tunliu Reservoir in January and June 2022.During the investigation period,a total of 8 phyla and 91 genera of phytoplankton were detected.The diversity index and evenness index in January were 2.671 and 0.43,and the diversity index and evenness index in June were 2.157 and 0.35.A total of 4 categories and 50 genera of planktonic animals were detected.Rotifers were the most genera and copepods were the least.The results of plankton diversity assessment showed that Tunliu Reservoir belonged to the medium pollution type between mesotrophic and eutrophic during the survey period.The comprehensive nutrition index method was used to evaluate and analyze the water quality.The results showed that the comprehensive water quality of each sampling point did not meet the target requirements of class Ⅱ water in functional areas,and the water quality in June was worse than that in January.The comprehensive nutrition index method was used to evaluate and analyze the water quality.The evaluation results of single factor water quality index method showed that the main pollutant index factors were total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen,followed by total phosphorus and chemical oxygen consumption.This study revealed the plankton community structure of Tunliu Reservoir,evaluated its water quality,analyzed and identified the main physicochemical factors affecting water quality,and provided theoretical reference for improving water environment and developing ecological fishery in Tunliu Reservoir.
