Empowering Green Agricultural Development with New Quality Productive Forces Under the"Dual Carbon"Target:Important Value,Realistic Dilemma,and Path Optimization
To achieve the goal of"carbon peak"before 2030 and"carbon neutrality"before 2060 is an important commitment made by China to the international community in response to global climate change.The construction of an agricultural development innovation system with new quality productive forces empowerment is an important way for China's agricultural green development.In view of the current predicament of imperfect infrastructure,the lack of knowledge popularization,skill training and ecological hidden dangers in China's agricultural green development,this paper proposes an innovative scheme to build an industrial chain agricultural green development system with new quality productive forces including advanced technology and scientific management by drawing lessons from the concepts and planning methods in the industrialization process.The corresponding supporting policies are also discussed.The focus is to improve the construction of green agricultural infrastructure,promote the coordination of green agricultural industry and ecological environmental protection,and strengthen the popularization of green agricultural knowledge and skills training,so as to achieve a high degree of integration of food production,ecological construction and energy production.
