Analysis on the Optimal Path of the Construction of the Rural Investigation and Research System of the Communist Party of China in the New Era
Investigation is the foundation of success and the key to planning.Since the new era,the Communist Party of China(CPC)Continues its tradition of attaching great importance to investigation and research,and carries out large-scale investigation and research activities in rural areas.Carrying out rural investigation and research is the only way to find out the actual situation in rural areas and make scientific decisions.It is the realistic need to promote rural revitalization and build an agricultural power.It is also an effective way to change the work style and keep close contact with the masses.Although the CPC has made many achievements in rural investigation and research,there are still some problems such as the the need toimprove the cadre assessment mechanism,the need to deepen the feedback mechanism,the incomplete achievement transformation mechanism,and the need to strengthened the grass-roots security mechanism.Based on this,it is proposed in this paper that we should improve the cadre assessment mechanism,set up a demand feedback mechanism,improve the achievement transformation mechanism,and strengthen the effective guarantee mechanism,so as to strengthen the construction of rural investigation and research system and promote the orderly conduct of rural investigation and research.
