Research on the Inheritance and Cultivation of Vocational College Students'Craftsman Spirit Under the Background of New Vocational Teaching Law:a Case of the Mechanical and Electrical Major of Guangxi Vocational University of Agriculture
In the context of the implementation of the new Vocational Education Law,the inheritance and cultivation of the vocational undergraduate craftsman spirit has been given a new mission to provide higher level technical skills for national strategic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the problems existing in the craftsman spirit inheritance and cultivation in vocational colleges,this paper uses the undergraduate students of mechanical and electrical majors in Guangxi Vocational University of Agriculture as a case to explore the construction of a"three-dimensional six yuan"craftsman spirit inheritance and cultivation development model.That is,with the"tree ingenuity""learning craftsman skills"and"casting craftsman soul"progressive three-dimensional goal as the core,with"professional teaching""school-enterprise cooperation""competition and creation integration""craftsman navigation""cultural construction"and"evaluation mechanism"six coordinated development as the driving force,the whole process,all-round craftsman spirit inheritance and development model innovation and improvement.The practice results show that under the guidance of craftsman education,the comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved,the teaching team has achieved advanced development,and the construction of disciplines has achieved remarkable results.
