The Path of Ideological and Political Reform in College Curriculum:A Case of Agriculture-related Major
Effectively implementing the reform of ideological and political education and teaching of agriculture-related professional courses in colleages and universities is a key measure to effectively guide young college students to engage in agricultural undertakings at the grassroots level after graduation and help implement the strategy of rural revitalization and agricultural power construction in China.By analyzing the requirements of the new era such as the cultivation of"three rural"feelings,professional ability,and quality of"new farmers"for agriculture-related professional talents in colleges and universities,the paper comprehensively investigates the dilemma of ideological and political reform of agriculture-related professional courses in colleges and universities,aiming at the"planting"phenomenon of the current ideological and political education such as mechanization and fragmentation,the ineffective solution to students'ideological problems,and the lack of evaluation system.This paper puts forward some ideas,such as combining the results-oriented principle,promoting the curriculum design by professional ideology and politics,teaching means as the starting point,highlighting the value-leading function,teaching evaluation as the guarantee,and systematically promoting the curriculum ideological and political reform.Taking agricultural majors in colleges and universities as an example,this paper suggests paths for the curriculum ideological and political reform such as focusing on the goal of cultivating talents and deconstructing the connotation of talent training,the top-level design of professional ideology and politics systematically drive curriculum ideology and politics reform,optimizing teaching methods,improving the effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics education,strengthening teaching evaluation,and building a long-term operating mechanism and other path suggestions.
